Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. You may request a refund or exchange during this time. If an item has been discontinued or is out of stock, we will issue a credit for the item's purchase price.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • If your return is approved, we will provide a return form with detailed instructions.
    Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom, Pre-order or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us.

 

Exchanges

  • The quickest way to receive the item you want is to complete a return and, once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

 


 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
    Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. - Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
